ATTLEBORO, Mass. - Nighthawks junior Noelle Sass (Randolph, Mass.) finished the week batting .588 and has been named the New England Collegiate Conference Player of the Week, for the Week ending on April 29 and announced by the Conference Office on Monday.
Sass went 10-for-17 in six games for the Nighthawks this week posting a 1.353 slugging percentage. Sass added two doubles, a triple, and three home runs, to go with eight RBIs and 11 runs scored. Sass finished with multiple hits in four of the six contests. Sass leads the Nighthawks with 10 doubles, four triples, and seven home runs this season.
The Nighthawks finish their regular season on Monday against Mitchell College and the results of that doubleheader will determine their fate in the NECC Playoff seeding.
