In a week that saw the Nighthawks go 5-0 in NECC play, freshman Arianna Gooden batted .421 in 19 at-bats. Gooden recorded a hit in all five games while also batting in five and scoring five runs.

Since returning from Arizona, Gooden has at least one hit in 13 of 15 games and has scored at least a run in 10 of her last 12. Gooden is currently batting .375, 13th best in the NECC.
